IOTA discussed in ALA's latest Library Technology Report
The IOTA project is described in the October 2010 Library Technology Report “Rethinking Library Linking: Breathing New Life into OpenURL,” (vol. 46, no. 7) as an important effort to try to determine the quality of OpenURL links by focusing on how they are generated in source citation databases.
